Burtt Mcquoid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ren Hess, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Ogilvie's Aron Marcola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Preston Mudie in the 13th minute of play. Aron Marcola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eavan Odonahoo in the 16th minute. Preston Mudie kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Aron Marcola made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Eavan Odonahoo sent off a good shot on target. 23 minutes into the match, Bringelly's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Bridson came free, but Burtt Mcquoid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eavan Odonahoo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Aron Marcola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Preston Mudie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aron Marcola was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 68th minute of the match Cullen Sugden shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aron Marcola showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Aron Marcola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Preston Mudie, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Roland Vickery charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roland Vickery the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eavan Odonahoo took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aron Marcola. Aron Marcola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 91st minute, Preston Mudie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Preston Mudie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aron Marcola. Ogilvie's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Preston Mudie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ogilvie players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bringelly.
