Spectators: 6240 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 40) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ren Hess made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 played minutes Ogilvie got a freekick which was hit by Roland Vickery. Ren Hess fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kale Addison having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Berke Atkin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aron Marcola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ed Starling in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berke Atkin in the 16th minute of play forced Ogilvie's goalkeeper Aron Marcola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Roland Vickery hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bremen Muncaster kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Kale Addison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ren Hess, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rusty Ridding received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Aron Marcola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Oliver Bridson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Berke Atkin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oliver Bridson got free with Kale Addison in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59th minute, Oliver Bridson fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a rather tough play, Backyard Football's Jones Newton got a free kick in the 60th minute. Oliver Bridson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Kale Addison tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Backyard Football's Kale Addison proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Backyard Football from getting a goal against them. Kale Addison came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Ogilvie's Oliver Bridson. But to his dismay, Oliver Bridson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 82 minutes into the match, Backyard Football's goal looked a bit too open when Ren Hess came free, but Kale Addison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 played minutes, Backyard Football's Crawford Mackney shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aron Marcola came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Backyard Football reached it. Berke Atkin took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aron Marcola. Aron Marcola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 90th minute, Crawford Mackney hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ogilvie's Ren Hess in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Backyard Football's goalie prevented a goal. 96 minutes into the match, Oliver Bridson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kale Addison. Backyard Football's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oliver Bridson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2.
