Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Berke Mcmillan made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute, Henry Wadley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Liverpool Allstars's zone, Berke Mcmillan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Weller came out of the goal and Berke Mcmillan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the game, Allen Hines was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Liverpool Allstars's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Altona Meadows the free kick. A collision led to Liverpool Allstars getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Allen Hines hit a great ball. If Casper Sawbridge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Liverpool Allstars's Richard Weller proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Liverpool Allstars from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Liverpool Allstars's Dallas White got a free kick in the 20th minute. Berke Mcmillan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Richard Weller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barney Boneheyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tout, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Altona Meadows getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Boris Pukallus hit a great ball. Alberto Tout fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barney Boneheyo having to interfere. Altona Meadows's Barney Boneheyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Wadley in the 36th minute of play. Russel Andrusiow recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Altona Meadows's Casper Sawbridge got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Casper Sawbridge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Richard Weller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Russel Andrusiow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alberto Tout sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Berke Mcmillan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Alberto Tout made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henry Wadley got free with Barney Boneheyo in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Altona Meadows's Barney Boneheyo got control of the ball when Henry Wadley tried to sneak it across the goal line. Altona Meadows's Boris Pukallus managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kent Hess in the 56 minute of the game. 60 minutes into the match, Altona Meadows's Russel Andrusiow sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Richard Weller narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Liverpool Allstars's Alberto Tout dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. Casper Sawbridge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Weller having to interfere. Casper Sawbridge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Richard Weller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Casper Sawbridge struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Richard Weller didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altona Meadows. If Casper Sawbridge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Russel Andrusiow received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Richard Weller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Casper Sawbridge in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Richard Weller saved Liverpool Allstars from getting behind. Berke Mcmillan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Casper Sawbridge ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Weller was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Henry Wadley took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Barney Boneheyo. Barney Boneheyo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The Altona Meadows manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Liverpool Allstars to win.
