Eden Sperling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Keefe Merz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eden Sperling who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Keefe Merz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Case Heberle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Booroorban's Charles Dorrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Natt in the 46th minute of play. Charles Dorrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Case Heberle in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bart Wadley to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Booroorban's goalkeeper Charles Dorrell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 54 minutes, Eden Sperling managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Booroorban's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eden Sperling was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Case Heberle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rex Mckinnes charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rex Mckinnes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 61st match minute, Booroorban was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rex Mckinnes to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Danny Natt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Charles Dorrell, 0-1. Booroorban's Charles Dorrell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Booroorban from getting a goal against them. In the 67th minute, Marshall Fessa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Danny Natt fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Danny Natt had several of the Booroorban's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 74 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Charles Dorrell as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 79 played minutes Danny Natt rounded Booroorban's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. After 88 played minutes Minhamite got a freekick which was hit by Reese Weller. In the 90th match minute, Minhamite was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jess Twite to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute Eden Sperling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keefe Merz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jess Twite hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eden Sperling in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keefe Merz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Minhamite supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Minhamite would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
