Spectators: 7833 (Terracing: 5995, Seating: 1838, VIP seats: 0) Bart Wadley started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 9th minute Bart Wadley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birrell Mckay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marshall Fessa's late challenge caught a Bulleen Zebras F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marshall Fessa helped the player get up and apologised. After 10 played minutes Booroorban got a freekick which was hit by Marshall Fessa. If Buck Blattman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Eden Sperling managed to get in a good position for a shot. Booroorban's supporters rose to their feet, but Eden Sperling was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Birrell Mckay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bart Wadley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Birrell Mckay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Meyer Locke kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Buck Blattman was extremely unlucky when he, in the 27th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Eden Sperling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birrell Mckay having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bulleen Zebras F.C.'s Bill Schoenke got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Birrell Mckay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eden Sperling in the 37th minute of play. Bart Wadley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Birrell Mckay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Bart Wadley put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Birrell Mckay. A collision led to Bulleen Zebras F.C. getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Meyer Locke hit a great ball. Olin Kean, 51 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Buck Blattman made a kick off. Charles Dorrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Buck Blattman in the 60th minute of the match. Marshall Fessa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bulleen Zebras F.C.'s Birrell Mckay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Bulleen Zebras F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 69th minute Buck Blattman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Dorrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 74 minutes, Eden Sperling managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Booroorban's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eden Sperling was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Buck Blattman in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charles Dorrell saved Booroorban from getting behind. A collision led to Bulleen Zebras F.C. getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Bryson Delbridge hit a great ball. If Bart Wadley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eden Sperling scored 0-3 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Birrell Mckay, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bulleen Zebras F.C.'s goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bart Wadley 94 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. Eden Sperling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 100th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Booroorban had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
