Howard Mcjunkins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Evan Crawford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11 minutes, Rudolph Flisfeder made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. NikoFC's Howard Mcjunkins tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evan Crawford in the 20th minute of play forced NikoFC's goalkeeper Howard Mcjunkins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Howard Mcjunkins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evan Crawford, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Niles Shipp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute of the match Rex Pegrum sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Howard Mcjunkins skillfully saved the ball. When Justin Kirkham fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hackham's protests and gave Justin Kirkham a yellow card for diving instead. Abe Andrusiow stood somewhat misplaced when Brendan Carnduff came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 34 minute. In the 41st minute, Rudolph Flisfeder left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hackham fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind NikoFC's goalkeeper Howard Mcjunkins, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Evan Crawford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Howard Mcjunkins having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rudolph Flisfeder made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Rudolph Flisfeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Howard Mcjunkins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Howard Mcjunkins managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Hackham's Evan Crawford fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rudolph Flisfeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Howard Mcjunkins having to interfere. Rudolph Flisfeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Howard Mcjunkins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rudolph Flisfeder's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Hackham's goalkeeper Abe Andrusiow, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hackham's Rudolph Flisfeder got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute of the match, Rudolph Flisfeder tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Howard Mcjunkins saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Abe Andrusiow took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brendan Carnduff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Paco Merz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. NikoFC's Howard Mcjunkins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolph Flisfeder in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Rudolph Flisfeder notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of NikoFC's Howard Mcjunkins. Howard Mcjunkins was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 88 minutes into the match, Hackham's goal looked a bit too open when Brendan Carnduff came free, but Abe Andrusiow reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, NikoFC's goalkeeper Howard Mcjunkins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evan Crawford. Brendan Carnduff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The NikoFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hackham were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
