Spectators: 6956 (Terracing: 5100, Seating: 1846, VIP seats: 10) Kalkee's Damon Blackham started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Damon Blackham recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jarrett Stevens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacobs Barker in the 9th minute of the match. Kalkee's Jacobs Barker got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bryant Ziliotto hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Sam Limmer came free, but Jarrett Stevens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niles Mills got free with Everett Wege in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 25 minutes into the match, Kalkee's Jacobs Barker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jarrett Stevens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Dani Mudie came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Reds fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dani Mudie couldn't finish the play. Jarrett Stevens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacobs Barker, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After 35 played minutes Reds got a freekick which was hit by Todd Ogle. In the 38th minute, Niles Mills got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute Jacobs Barker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarrett Stevens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacobs Barker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jarrett Stevens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dani Mudie made a kick off. If Sam Limmer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the match, Kalkee's goal looked a bit too open when Dani Mudie came free, but Everett Wege reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 0-2 became the score in the 60th minute when Damon Blackham elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 63rd match minute, Kalkee was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sam Limmer to maneuver through the defense. Jordon Limmer's late challenge caught a Kalkee's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jordon Limmer helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobs Barker in the 66th minute of play forced Reds's goalkeeper Jarrett Stevens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 70th minute by Damon Blackham got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jacobs Barker was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 71st minute. Kalkee's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Damon Blackham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarrett Stevens having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Reds's Todd Ogle got a free kick in the 81st minute. Jacobs Barker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Jarrett Stevens made a huge save. After 88 played minutes Reds got a freekick which was hit by Dani Mudie. In the 89th match minute, Reds was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Irwin Bailey to maneuver through the defense. Kalkee's Cain Missen shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 93rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jarrett Stevens but with some difficulty. Jarrett Stevens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damon Blackham in the 95th minute of the match. Damon Blackham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarrett Stevens having to interfere.
