Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Remington Conlin kicked off to start the match. Ed Crapp hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Dean Telfer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remington Conlin in the 5th minute of the match. Grant Frew kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Jamese Reisz, 6 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 8th minute, Dalwood Kennedy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benedict Wirth hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Soupers were furious when Benedict Wirth was red carded, 20 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 21st match minute, Soupers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedict Wirth to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, GGS FC's Jamese Reisz broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 25th minute Remington Conlin suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Bill Pearson fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soupers's protests and gave Bill Pearson a yellow card for diving instead. 32 minutes into the game, Donovan Pfingst was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Soupers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GGS FC the free kick. Dean Telfer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ringo Egel in the 39th minute of play. Adesa Gaekwad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donovan Pfingst, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Donovan Pfingst to make the kick off. Dalwood Kennedy kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Dean Telfer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jamese Reisz in the 59th minute of play. Donovan Pfingst hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Adesa Gaekwad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donovan Pfingst, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. When Donovan Pfingst came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Soupers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donovan Pfingst couldn't finish the play. 78 minutes into the game, Jamese Reisz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dean Telfer. Jamese Reisz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. In the 80th minute, Jamese Reisz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st match minute, Soupers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donovan Pfingst to maneuver through the defense. GGS FC's Jamese Reisz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alfred Carlisle in the 84 minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in GGS FC's zone, Humphry Knaack stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adesa Gaekwad came out of the goal and Humphry Knaack tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the match, Donovan Pfingst had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adesa Gaekwad. GGS FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Donovan Pfingst was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. GGS FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
