When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Bremen Mcinnes put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Brayden Kayrooz. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Bern Morse managed to get in a good position for a shot. Woolooma's supporters rose to their feet, but Bern Morse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brayden Kayrooz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th minute, Bern Morse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Woolooma's Navin Jury played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Logan Ashby in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Neale Freel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brayden Kayrooz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Japoon's Brayden Kayrooz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bremen Mcinnes in the 37th minute of play. Kane Johnston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Navin Jury tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Japoon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Battle Hines was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Japoon's Antonio Weeks was substituted for Iggi Duggan. Japoon's Conner Carbery was substituted for Rusty Letsch. 83 minutes into the match, Damon Dollymore notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Woolooma's Navin Jury. Navin Jury was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Duke Oconnell charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The Japoon fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Japoon's Battle Hines looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
