Fairylands's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danny Mcjunkins was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Richard Glover could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Dakota Pegrum made a huge save. After having played for 22 minutes, Ivan Tauschke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. lochies's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivan Tauschke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Danny Mcjunkins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Mack Schulzte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 71 played minutes lochies got a freekick which was hit by Dalton Toomey. If Danny Mcjunkins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the match, Fairylands's goal looked a bit too open when Danny Mcjunkins came free, but Mack Schulzte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. lochies had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
