Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Elliot Everett made the kick off which started today's match. When Preston Shirdon fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wardell's protests and gave Preston Shirdon a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Wardell getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Preston Shirdon hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Elliot Everett took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Bern Vickery to make any attempt to save it. In the 11th minute, Adolph Bromfield hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Humphry Mcmillan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Max Powderham in the 15th minute of play. A collision led to Wardell getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Elliot Everett hit a great ball. Humphry Mcmillan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalton Hinwood, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. A nice corner shot did that Nelson Petersen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Humphry Mcmillan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Humphry Mcmillan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalton Hinwood, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 47th match minute, ☆Arctic Fox FC☆ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bjorn Hayman to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dalton Hinwood to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Wardell's zone, Dalton Hinwood stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humphry Mcmillan came out of the goal and Dalton Hinwood tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st minute Dalton Hinwood shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humphry Mcmillan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berke Hanlen fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 66th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. 75 minutes into the match, Wardell's goalkeeper Humphry Mcmillan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brooks Pegler. If Hans Goring had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hans Goring scored 2-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bern Vickery, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82nd match minute, Wardell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brian Surman to maneuver through the defense. Humphry Mcmillan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalton Hinwood, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boyd Beins kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Max Powderham got free with Humphry Mcmillan in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 95 played minutes Wardell got a freekick which was hit by Brian Surman. Wardell's Humphry Mcmillan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Wardell from getting a goal against them. When the referee ended the match the Wardell players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
