Spectators: 6800 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1700, VIP seats: 100) Toulkerrie's Randolph Beckwith got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Wharton in the 10th minute of play forced Toulkerrie's goalkeeper Earle Shirdon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute Randolph Beckwith shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Russel Trevena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Randolph Beckwith in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Russel Trevena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 21st minute, Arnold Ogle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bud Mosley took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Earle Shirdon. Earle Shirdon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Toulkerrie's Earle Shirdon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Wharton in the 30th minute of play. Earle Shirdon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Wharton in the 34th minute of play. If Mitchell Korff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Eskdale's goal looked a bit too open when Justin Toomey came free, but Russel Trevena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Randolph Beckwith in the 40th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Russel Trevena kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-1 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Randolph Beckwith in the 44th minute of play forced Eskdale's goalkeeper Russel Trevena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Dani Tresise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Russel Trevena having to interfere. Long Leydin's late challenge caught a Eskdale's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Long Leydin helped the player get up and apologised. After 58 played minutes Toulkerrie got a freekick which was hit by Long Leydin. In the 74th minute, Edwards Quelch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Eskdale's Raymond Tebbit got a free kick in the 79th minute. When Randolph Beckwith, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 81 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Russel Trevena was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 85 played minutes Toulkerrie got a freekick which was hit by Long Leydin. Long Leydin kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Russel Trevena stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Randolph Beckwith's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Despite being the better team, Toulkerrie failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
