Seating: 1881, VIP seats: 162) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kevin Will started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murphy Garing in the 3rd minute of play forced Fotas's goalkeeper Eraldo Scibilia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute Casper Woods shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eraldo Scibilia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murphy Garing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Natalio Costante got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 11th minute, Rob Oreilly hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute Kevin Will shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Podowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murphy Garing's late challenge caught a Fotas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Murphy Garing helped the player get up and apologised. 18 minutes into the match, Fotas's goal looked a bit too open when Murphy Garing came free, but Eraldo Scibilia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fotas's Eraldo Scibilia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casper Woods in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st play minute Natalio Costante came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Edmund Podowski. 1-0. Peipei United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Dugald Bowen scored to the left of an out of position Edmund Podowski, making the score, 2-0. Edmund Podowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Will in the 30th minute of the match. Edmund Podowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natalio Costante in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, Dugald Bowen notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Peipei United's Edmund Podowski. Edmund Podowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peipei United's Edmund Podowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Peipei United from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anthony Tupman to strike the kick off in the second half. Kevin Will scored 4-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edmund Podowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 56 minutes, Anthony Tupman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peipei United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthony Tupman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 59 played minutes Fotas got a freekick which was hit by Dugald Bowen. After a defensive mix-up in Fotas's zone, Anthony Tupman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eraldo Scibilia came out of the goal and Anthony Tupman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dugald Crawford kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Edmund Podowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Will in the 65th minute of the match. Fotas were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Peipei United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Battle Muller took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Bartholemew Dalglish got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edmund Podowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rick Fessey charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rick Fessey the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Fotas's Rick Fessey got a free kick in the 71st minute. Anthony Tupman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Eraldo Scibilia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eraldo Scibilia was a little too slow when Casper Woods got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 4-1. In the 82nd minute, Neal Starling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute, Murphy Garing got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 94th match minute, Fotas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brook Obree to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Fotas's zone, Anthony Tupman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eraldo Scibilia came out of the goal and Anthony Tupman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peipei United's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Fotas had won, even though Peipei United had held more of the ball.
