Spectators: 8065 (Terracing: 6050, Seating: 1855, VIP seats: 160) Myrtou FC's Abbott Huff started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brad Sanderson in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Coldicutt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benjamin Munster fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarrod Stevenson having to interfere. In the 19thth minute of the game Brad Sanderson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Myrtou FC's Jonathan Coldicutt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 24th minute, Brad Sanderson made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Coldicutt. Myrtou FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After having played for 34 minutes, Phillip Pegler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kyeemagh's supporters crossed their fingers, but Phillip Pegler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 37 minutes, Logan Sperling mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Myrtou FC and the Kyeemagh players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th minute, Logan Sperling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brad Sanderson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Myrtou FC's Jonathan Coldicutt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Phillip Pegler in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Phillip Pegler made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Brad Sanderson fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jonathan Coldicutt, passed just outside the right post. With an all-out effort, Kyeemagh's Jonathan Coldicutt threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Phillip Pegler, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Myrtou FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Phillip Pegler scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Coldicutt, making the score, 0-2. Brad Sanderson charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brad Sanderson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Brad Sanderson hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Kyeemagh's Jonathan Coldicutt threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Phillip Pegler, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jarrod Stevenson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Munster, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brad Sanderson hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Hank Toth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 78 played minutes Myrtou FC got a freekick which was hit by Abbott Huff. 84 minutes into the match, Myrtou FC's goalkeeper Jonathan Coldicutt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brad Sanderson. Phillip Pegler might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Coldicutt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Phillip Pegler ran back to his position shaking his head. 87 minutes into the game, Kyeemagh's Phillip Pegler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Coldicutt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The supporters of Kyeemagh booed when Myrtou FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eddy Couzens didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute of the match Kyeemagh got a corner. Myrtou FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Berny Delbridge ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Kyeemagh's Biddle Didlick to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Coldicutt despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Kyeemagh left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Myrtou FC.
