The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Todd Fraser fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lisdillon's protests and gave Todd Fraser a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Lisdillon's Todd Fraser got a free kick in the 28th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Lisdillon's goal looked a bit too open when Abbott Huff came free, but Evan Moorby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lisdillon's Evan Moorby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Munster in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute Justin Beverly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Coldicutt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Berne Pukallus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Myrtou FC's zone, Justin Beverly stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Coldicutt came out of the goal and Justin Beverly tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Justin Beverly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute of the match, Justin Beverly tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Coldicutt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Abbott Huff made the kick off in the second half. In the 61st minute of the game, Benjamin Munster landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Stan Tarrant fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lisdillon's protests and gave Stan Tarrant a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, Stan Tarrant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abbott Huff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 played minutes Myrtou FC got a freekick which was hit by Roland Maunsell. It was beautiful to see Lisdillon's Stan Tarrant in action when he in the 80th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Abe Brading kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Justin Beverly spun around in front of the goal 84 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Myrtou FC's goal. If Abbott Huff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Myrtou FC's goal looked a bit too open when Justin Beverly came free, but Jonathan Coldicutt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
