In the 11th minute of the match, Murphy Boneheyo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Charles Fordham was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Bo Norman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute Benedict Addison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conner Atterton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 minutes, Dalton Jackson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Panthers and the Winterbourne players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Panthers getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Dalton Jackson hit a great ball. Murphy Boneheyo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Charles Fordham made a huge save. If Murphy Boneheyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrews Boneheyo charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andrews Boneheyo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Andrews Boneheyo kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Murphy Boneheyo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Charles Fordham firmly grabbed it by the left post. Charles Fordham didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Murphy Boneheyo went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Burtt Byrnes during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Winterbourne booed when Panthers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Burtt Byrnes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Murphy Boneheyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Charles Fordham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Justin Mosley received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Charles Fordham came out and tried to block the shot, but Justin Mosley slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 39th minute. Ned Stevens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Charles Fordham made a huge save. Bo Norman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conner Atterton having to interfere. In the 46th match minute, Panthers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duffield Gorham to maneuver through the defense.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Justin Mosley made a kick off. Justin Mosley scored 3-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charles Fordham, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Duffield Gorham fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Panthers's protests and gave Duffield Gorham a yellow card for diving instead. Duffield Gorham kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Conner Atterton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bo Norman in the 61st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bo Norman got free with Conner Atterton in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Bo Norman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Winterbourne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Murphy Boneheyo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 83 minutes into the match, Winterbourne's Benedict Addison sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Conner Atterton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Conner Atterton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedict Addison, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Murphy Boneheyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
