Adam Neich took the ball and in the 2 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Everett Morey. Everett Morey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Everett Morey came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Fort Kent FC's Adam Neich. But to his dismay, Adam Neich quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Burtt Ceney hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. If Adam Neich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yielima's Everett Morey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eden Lander in the 14th minute of play. Everett Morey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastião Porto, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 19 played minutes Fort Kent FC got a freekick which was hit by Dalton Fraser. In the 25th minute, Eden Lander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 27 minutes into the game, Craig Mcmahon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yielima's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fort Kent FC the free kick. In the 30th minute, Yielima's Darley Rowdon seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Darley Rowdon the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Yielima protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Darley Rowdon had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Yielima! Everett Morey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luck Andrews, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After 36 minutes of play, Fort Kent FC's Adam Neich made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Everett Morey was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42nd minute, Adam Neich ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Everett Morey was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. The audience was convinced that Eden Lander's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Everett Morey was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Everett Morey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eden Lander, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eden Lander to make the kick off. The Fort Kent FC fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Fort Kent FC's Adam Neich looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 59 minutes into the match, Eden Lander dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Everett Morey, 0-9. In the 62nd minute, Adam Neich made a precise shot to the right of Everett Morey. Yielima's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. Craig Convine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the match, Yielima's goalkeeper Everett Morey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adam Neich. In the 72nd minute, Eden Lander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute, Luck Andrews made a precise shot to the right of Everett Morey. Yielima's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-11. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eden Lander in the 80th minute of play forced Yielima's goalkeeper Everett Morey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adam Neich who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Everett Morey when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Yielima's Everett Morey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Yielima from getting a goal against them. Everett Morey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eden Lander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fort Kent FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
