Brandes Kuskop hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After 21 played minutes Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Handley Royans. Ernest Devere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Benson in the 40th minute of play. Independiente's Navarro Smoothey got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodney Hoey during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in We Lose All The Matches's zone, Duke Whelpton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paco Gracey came out of the goal and Duke Whelpton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antonio Benson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Independiente! The referee gave We Lose All The Matches a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ray Hardiman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Independiente's Ernest Devere. 3-1. A collision led to We Lose All The Matches getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Nelson Favas hit a great ball. Arty Thorne charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arty Thorne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 79th match minute, We Lose All The Matches was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arty Thorne to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute, Navarro Smoothey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, We Lose All The Matches's Paco Gracey got control of the ball when Jeffers Yard tried to sneak it across the goal line. Handley Royans's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paco Gracey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. We Lose All The Matches's Paco Gracey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save We Lose All The Matches from getting a goal against them. Paco Gracey made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Duke Whelpton sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duke Whelpton in the 96th minute of play forced We Lose All The Matches's goalkeeper Paco Gracey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. We Lose All The Matches had won after a very even match.
