Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Nilson Osbiston made the kick off and thus started the match. Antonia Howard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilson Osbiston in the 4th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Lappa HT's goal looked a bit too open when Nilson Osbiston came free, but Antonia Howard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonia Howard didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bickford Digiuseppe went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Jonty Erwin's late challenge caught a Kundana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonty Erwin helped the player get up and apologised. Jonty Erwin kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ned Burton in the 17th minute of play forced Lappa HT's goalkeeper Antonia Howard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonia Howard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nilson Osbiston in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute Nilson Osbiston shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonia Howard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carver Eastman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bern Castner having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Bruno Freeman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Carver Eastman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bern Castner. That made the score 1-1 in the 32 minute of play. Nilson Osbiston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Antonia Howard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carver Eastman made a kick off. Bern Castner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonty Erwin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Lappa HT's Bjorn Venz got a free kick in the 54th minute. With his leg Antonia Howard managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Kundana's Nilson Osbiston fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Nilson Osbiston came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Kundana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nilson Osbiston couldn't finish the play. After 60 played minutes Kundana got a freekick which was hit by Berne Moorby. Bern Castner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carver Eastman, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Carver Eastman kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Nilson Osbiston made a precise shot to the right of Antonia Howard. Lappa HT's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonty Erwin in the 74th minute of play forced Kundana's goalkeeper Bern Castner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nilson Osbiston recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bickford Digiuseppe struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Antonia Howard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kundana. When Nilson Osbiston came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Kundana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nilson Osbiston couldn't finish the play.
