In the 10thth minute of the game Berry Telfer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skoolage United's Ike Pinhey was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paco Gracey made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Jacob Wakefield sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute Darrell Sanderson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paco Gracey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Raymond Egel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute, Antonio Benson made a precise shot to the right of Ike Pinhey. Skoolage United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. When Antonio Benson came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the We Lose All The Matches fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Benson couldn't finish the play. Arty Thorne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ike Pinhey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacob Wakefield kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, We Lose All The Matches's Antonio Benson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ike Pinhey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ike Pinhey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Benson in the 30th minute of the match. Antonio Benson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ike Pinhey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Paco Gracey made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Jacob Wakefield sent off a good shot on target. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jacob Wakefield stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Skoolage United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darrell Sanderson to maneuver through the defense. When Raymond Egel was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 55 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Skoolage United's Darrell Sanderson got a free kick in the 57th minute. Antonio Bensons short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Ike Pinhey to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Antonio Benson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ike Pinhey having to make a save. 75 minutes into the game, Antonio Benson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Ike Pinhey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Arty Thorne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Benson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ike Pinhey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Skoolage United's zone, Arty Thorne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ike Pinhey came out of the goal and Arty Thorne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antonio Benson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ike Pinhey having to interfere. Arty Thorne's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ike Pinhey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Skoolage United's goal looked a bit too open when Arty Thorne came free, but Ike Pinhey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arty Thorne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
