Bryden Hitchen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bishop Toomey, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Clanside FC's Carsyn Howarth got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Brant Anderson charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brant Anderson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Clanside FC booed when Lucaston was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brant Anderson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Darin Gracey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brant Anderson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Lucaston's goal looked a bit too open when Carsyn Howarth came free, but Bryden Hitchen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 minutes of play, Clanside FC's Bishop Toomey made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bryden Hitchen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lucaston's Bryden Hitchen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carsyn Howarth in the 21st minute of play. Bryden Hitchen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bray Millar in the 24th minute of the match. After 26 played minutes Clanside FC got a freekick which was hit by Hal Coldicutt. With a little luck, Clanside FC's Darin Gracey got control of the ball when Browne Boyce tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bryden Hitchen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bray Millar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bryden Hitchen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bray Millar went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Bishop Toomey took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bryden Hitchen. Bryden Hitchen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After 45 minutes of play, Clanside FC's Carsyn Howarth made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bryden Hitchen was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Carsyn Howarth scored 0-6 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bryden Hitchen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bray Millar in the 58th minute of play forced Lucaston's goalkeeper Bryden Hitchen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 59 played minutes Lucaston got a freekick which was hit by Browne Boyce. After 60 played minutes Clanside FC got a freekick which was hit by Hal Coldicutt. After 62 minutes, Browne Boyce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lucaston and the Clanside FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carsyn Howarth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Bryden Hitchen made a huge save. After having played for 73 minutes, Tobie Lyle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lucaston's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobie Lyle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hal Coldicutt hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, Clanside FC's goal looked a bit too open when Brant Anderson came free, but Darin Gracey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Carsyn Howarth notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Lucaston's Bryden Hitchen. Bryden Hitchen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 84 minutes of play, Lucaston's Browne Boyce made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Darin Gracey was left in no man's land by his defense there! Darin Gracey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobie Lyle, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Clanside FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
