Spectators: 7975 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1815, VIP seats: 160) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rick Rosenboom took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Shepperd booed when Goochticklas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Odonahoo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Casper Brien's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Drew See was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. With a little luck, Goochticklas's Drew See got control of the ball when Barth Bowman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Shepperd's Elliot Letsch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmonds Tebbit in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rick Rosenboom in the 17th minute of play forced Shepperd's goalkeeper Elliot Letsch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barth Bowman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barth Bowman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Drew See read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Jesse Holdsworth lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Drew See. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jesse Holdsworth in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Drew See saved Goochticklas from getting behind. Elliot Letsch didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Brant Kennedy went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Goochticklas's Rolando Odonahoo got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 46th minute, Brant Kennedy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 48th minute of the match Rolando Odonahoo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elliot Letsch skillfully saved the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Rick Rosenboom in the 52nd minute of play forced Shepperd's goalkeeper Elliot Letsch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Goochticklas booed when Shepperd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Earnest Hands didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 55 minutes, Brant Kennedy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goochticklas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brant Kennedy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Barth Bowman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Shepperd's supporters rose to their feet, but Barth Bowman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Drew See breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 60 minutes into the game, Shepperd's Jesse Holdsworth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Drew See made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The supporters of Shepperd booed when Goochticklas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmonds Tebbit didn't get a good kick on the ball. Earnest Hands charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Earnest Hands the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 70 played minutes Shepperd got a freekick which was hit by Earnest Hands. Drew See made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barth Bowman in the 74th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jesse Holdsworth in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Drew See prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Goochticklas's Brant Kennedy got a free kick in the 77th minute. When Shepperd's Barth Bowman in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Goochticklas's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Rick Rosenboom kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elliot Letsch. That made the score 2-2 in the 83 minute of play. Rolando Odonahoo kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After 86 played minutes Goochticklas got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Odonahoo. Drew See made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesse Holdsworth in the 88th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Goochticklas's zone, Barth Bowman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Drew See came out of the goal and Barth Bowman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd minute, Brant Kennedy made a precise shot to the right of Elliot Letsch. Shepperd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Elliot Letsch acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 96th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dakota Balaam. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Shepperd lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
