An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Domeka in the 8th minute of play forced Doolbi's goalkeeper Edmonds Turner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlisle Askew took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brooks Coote, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Mario Domeka made a precise shot to the right of Edmonds Turner. Doolbi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 16th minute Berkeley Wharton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmonds Turner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mitchell Palmington's late challenge caught a Doolbi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mitchell Palmington helped the player get up and apologised. Goal Fc's Carlisle Askew played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brooks Coote in the 29th minute of play. In the 37thth minute of the game Berkeley Wharton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Doolbi's Edmonds Turner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Goal Fc's Carlisle Askew got control of the ball when Adolph Orvad tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Adolph Orvad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmonds Turner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berkeley Wharton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Mario Domeka managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goal Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Domeka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edmonds Turner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of Goal Fc booed when Doolbi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brooks Coote didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mario Domeka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edmonds Turner read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Carlisle Askew showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brooker Peplow in the 63rd minute of the match. Edmonds Turner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mario Domeka's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. The supporters of Goal Fc booed when Doolbi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Hands didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th match minute, Goal Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mitchell Palmington to maneuver through the defense. Berkeley Wharton kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 77th minute Doolbi were awarded a corner. Adolph Orvad went to the cornerflag to take it. A very nice done corner allowed Lance Glover to score against Carlisle Askew in Goal Fc's goal. 3-2 after 77 minutes. Goal Fc's Carlisle Askew played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brooks Coote in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd match minute, Goal Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Freeman to maneuver through the defense. George Freeman charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed George Freeman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Goal Fc getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. George Freeman hit a great ball. If Adolph Orvad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mario Domeka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmonds Turner made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when George Freeman sent off a good shot on target. Brooker Peplow kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the game, one of Doolbi:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. George Freeman shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Edmonds Turner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Freeman in the 99th minute of play.
