They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jamese Tebby made a kick off. Carson Christina scored 1-6 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reese Czaczka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 83rdth minute of the game Jamese Tebby who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Finley's Reese Czaczka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ellis Hoskin's late challenge caught a Westmere's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ellis Hoskin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th match minute, Finley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ellis Hoskin to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jamese Tebby in the 89th minute of play forced Finley's goalkeeper Reese Czaczka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conner Perrett hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. If Jamese Tebby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Finley players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
