Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Brooks Coote started the match with the kick off. Ray Maciver could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Edmonds Turner made a huge save. Adolph Orvad might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Randall Ziliotto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adolph Orvad ran back to his position shaking his head. Randall Ziliotto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dwight Barling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute of the match, Ray Maciver got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edmonds Turner was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Edmonds Turner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Moon in the 16th minute of play. Edmonds Turner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nichol Kreck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ray Maciver struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Edmonds Turner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Farley. Nichol Kreck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martyon Munday's late challenge caught a Doolbi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martyon Munday helped the player get up and apologised. Edmonds Turner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nichol Kreck in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 minutes, Ernest Mcroberts mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Farley and the Doolbi players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 34 played minutes Farley got a freekick which was hit by Ernest Mcroberts. Adolph Orvad scored 0-2 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Randall Ziliotto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dwight Barling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Randall Ziliotto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Randall Ziliotto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brooks Coote, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Farley's Randall Ziliotto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dwight Barling in the 43rd minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nichol Kreck was the one to do the kick off. Nichol Kreck charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nichol Kreck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nichol Kreck kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Lance Glover who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Randall Ziliotto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dwight Barling hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. A collision led to Farley getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Martyon Munday hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, Doolbi's goal looked a bit too open when Ray Maciver came free, but Edmonds Turner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Farley's Robert Moon got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Doolbi's goal looked a bit too open when Ray Maciver came free, but Edmonds Turner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Drake Kirkham in the 67th minute of play forced Doolbi's goalkeeper Edmonds Turner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmonds Turner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nichol Kreck, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Dwight Barling kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After having played for 75 minutes, Nichol Kreck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Farley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nichol Kreck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robert Moon during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 76th minute, Robert Moon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, Farley's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Brooks Coote fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Doolbi's Edmonds Turner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nichol Kreck in the 78th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Tommy Hands was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Doolbi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Farley the free kick. After a rather tough play, Farley's Ben Barry got a free kick in the 84th minute. 84 minutes into the match, Doolbi's Adolph Orvad sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Randall Ziliotto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 86thth minute of the game Adolph Orvad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Farley's Randall Ziliotto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Farley's goalkeeper Randall Ziliotto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adolph Orvad. With an all-out effort, Doolbi's Randall Ziliotto threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Brooks Coote, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Adolph Orvad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Randall Ziliotto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brooks Coote, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Farley getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Bert Gray hit a great ball. Ray Maciver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 97 minutes, Ray Maciver managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Farley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ray Maciver was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Farley supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Doolbi's performance. The match ended with a win for Doolbi.
