Seating: 1933, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Brooks Coote kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Doolbi's goal looked a bit too open when Laurence Coburn came free, but Edmonds Turner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Doolbi getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Brooker Peplow hit a great ball. Adolph Orvad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nash Petty having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Doolbi's goal looked a bit too open when Randall Borserio came free, but Edmonds Turner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th match minute, Doolbi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lance Glover to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute, Brooker Peplow hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stan Mcneven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patrick Oreilly's late challenge caught a Glenlusk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patrick Oreilly helped the player get up and apologised. In the 30th minute, Patrick Oreilly hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brooks Coote in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nash Petty saved Glenlusk from getting behind. Brooker Peplow received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Nash Petty tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Doolbi booed when Glenlusk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Randall Borserio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Glenlusk's Nash Petty played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolph Orvad in the 45th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Glenlusk's goal looked a bit too open when Brooks Coote came free, but Nash Petty reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
The wind increased when Laurence Coburn made the kick off in the second half. Adolph Orvad kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Doolbi's goalkeeper Edmonds Turner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stan Mcneven. When Stan Mcneven came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Glenlusk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stan Mcneven couldn't finish the play. Brooker Peplow hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Glenlusk's zone, Brooks Coote stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nash Petty came out of the goal and Brooks Coote tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nash Petty made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolph Orvad in the 73rd minute of play. Randall Borserio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Edmonds Turner made a huge save. The supporters of Doolbi booed when Glenlusk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zack Monck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nash Petty showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lance Glover in the 84th minute of the match. When Brooker Peplow came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Doolbi fans jumped to their feet.
