Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when James Hodge took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd match minute, Laugi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neil Rhoades to maneuver through the defense. Arty Mcenally took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Iggi Wakefield. Laugi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 4th match minute, Laugi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Logan Aliendi to maneuver through the defense. After 11 played minutes Laugi got a freekick which was hit by Brook Letsch. Iggi Wakefield showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jamese Tebby, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Iggi Wakefield made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jamese Tebby in the 14th minute of play. After 16 played minutes James Hodge rounded Westmere's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Laugi's goalkeeper Iggi Wakefield, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 29 minutes of play, Laugi's Barnes Haskell made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Russell Knaack was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carson Christina hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Russell Knaack took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from James Hodge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 played minutes Westmere got a freekick which was hit by Humphrey Park. A collision led to Westmere getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Fletcher Pegler hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, Laugi's James Hodge broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 45 played minutes Westmere got a freekick which was hit by Humphrey Park. In the 46th minute, Barnes Haskell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jamese Tebby stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iggi Wakefield was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Carson Christina capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Carson Christina really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. After 59 played minutes Laugi got a freekick which was hit by Andre Lucas. In the 61st minute Barnes Haskell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Russell Knaack saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Westmere's goal looked a bit too open when James Hodge came free, but Russell Knaack reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iggi Wakefield made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Carson Christina sent off a good shot on target. Iggi Wakefield was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Jamese Tebby capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. When Logan Aliendi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 73 minutes had been played. After 74 played minutes Laugi got a freekick which was hit by Logan Aliendi. If Neil Rhoades had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iggi Wakefield took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carson Christina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After recieving a nice pass, Westmere's Carson Christina tried to score from far away in the 80th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 83 minutes into the match, Carson Christina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iggi Wakefield. Laugi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carson Christina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Laugi's Iggi Wakefield played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jamese Tebby in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Barnes Haskell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Jamese Tebby took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Iggi Wakefield to make any attempt to save it.
