Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Glenlusk's Laurence Coburn started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nash Petty made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ray Maciver in the 4th minute. Glenlusk's Nash Petty played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nichol Kreck in the 12th minute of play. Randall Ziliotto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Randall Borserio's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Ray Maciver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Nash Petty tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Glenlusk's goalkeeper Nash Petty had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Moon. A collision led to Glenlusk getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Barnett Clack hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Drake Kirkham during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Drake Kirkham kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Randall Ziliotto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Randall Borserio in the 30th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ray Maciver got free with Nash Petty in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 40 minutes, Eddy Perandis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Glenlusk and the Farley players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eddy Perandis kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Nash Petty stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nichol Kreck's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. 46 minutes into the match, Glenlusk's goal looked a bit too open when Nichol Kreck came free, but Nash Petty reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nichol Kreck to make the kick off. Nash Petty showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ray Maciver, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Farley's Ray Maciver got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nash Petty took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nichol Kreck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ray Maciver struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Nash Petty didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Farley. Ray Maciver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Nash Petty tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ray Maciver scored 1-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nash Petty, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 76 played minutes Farley got a freekick which was hit by Ray Maciver. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roy Quelch during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Glenlusk's Roy Quelch got a free kick in the 81st minute. Nichol Kreck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Nichol Kreck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nash Petty was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. When the referee ended the match the Farley players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
