Spectators: 7513 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 168) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eddy Hanlen took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Rodd Pears managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hedges's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodd Pears was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brand Trevena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Kramer's zone, Marshal Aliendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brand Trevena came out of the goal and Marshal Aliendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 12 in the game by Marshal Aliendi from a close distance when the talented Brand Trevena managed to make a qualified save. Kramer's players were relieved. After 17 played minutes Marshal Aliendi rounded Kramer's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Marshal Aliendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Brand Trevena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brand Trevena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marshal Aliendi in the 23rd minute of the match. After having played for 24 minutes, Brannan Blackham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hedges's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brannan Blackham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evan Laughton kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Eddy Hanlen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Algoud having to interfere. After 33 minutes, Meyer Domenichetti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hedges and the Kramer players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Hedges getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Meyer Domenichetti hit a great ball. The supporters of Hedges booed when Kramer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eddy Mcinnis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Marshal Aliendi made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerrard Gavin got free with Peter Algoud in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Peter Houldsworth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Marshal Aliendi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brand Trevena was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Evan Laughton kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Marshal Aliendi struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Brand Trevena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hedges. Marshal Aliendi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 70 played minutes, Hedges's Berkeley Wenham shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Brand Trevena came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hedges reached it. In the 73rd match minute, Kramer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerrard Gavin to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Hedges getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Berkeley Wenham hit a great ball. After 78 played minutes Hedges got a freekick which was hit by Meyer Domenichetti. Marshal Aliendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brand Trevena having to interfere. When Marshal Aliendi came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Hedges fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marshal Aliendi couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Hedges booed when Kramer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Keith Pincini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Keith Pincini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Peter Algoud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
