Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marshal Aliendi took the kick off in the first half of the match. Albert Simpson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marshal Aliendi in the 4th minute of the match. In the 6th minute, Bryanne Hopkins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marshal Isaacs short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Peter Algoud to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Burrowye's Albert Simpson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brannan Blackham in the 11th minute of play. After 13 played minutes Burrowye got a freekick which was hit by Marshal Isaac. After a defensive mix-up in Burrowye's zone, Marshal Aliendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albert Simpson came out of the goal and Marshal Aliendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22ndth minute of the game Marshal Aliendi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Burrowye's Albert Simpson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Burrowye's Albert Simpson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marshal Aliendi in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Grant Bundy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Burrowye fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Peter Algoud made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clark Yard in the 32nd minute. Peter Algoud made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clark Yard in the 34th minute of play. Grant Bundy in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Peter Algoud, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 36 minutes into the match, Hedges's goal looked a bit too open when Marshal Isaac came free, but Peter Algoud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Burrowye booed when Hedges was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remington Mcinnes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute of the match Grant Bundy sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Peter Algoud skillfully saved the ball. In the 41st match minute, Burrowye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herbert Mclatchey to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Grant Bundy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Grant Bundy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Burrowye fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 69th match minute, Burrowye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marshal Isaac to maneuver through the defense. When Brannan Blackham fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hedges's protests and gave Brannan Blackham a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd minute Cliff Lascelles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Algoud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 76 played minutes Burrowye got a freekick which was hit by Bryanne Hopkins. If Rodd Pears had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Grant Bundy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Peter Algoud. Hedges's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 81stth minute of the game Clark Yard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hedges's Peter Algoud was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marshal Isaac kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Peter Algoud took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clark Yard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peter Algoud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grant Bundy, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Hedges's Peter Algoud played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clark Yard in the 93rd minute of play.
