Bargies FC's Darren Moorby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clark Yard in the 5th minute of play. The supporters of Burrowye booed when Bargies FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abe Diehl didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Calvin Dowsing got free with Albert Simpson in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10th minute, Samuel Annis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Albert Simpson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benson Bromfield in the 11th minute. In the 14th minute, Samuel Annis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Burrowye fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Samuel Annis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Calvin Dowsing charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Calvin Dowsing the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Bargies FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Calvin Dowsing hit a great ball. Marshal Isaac might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Darren Moorby. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marshal Isaac ran back to his position shaking his head. When Samuel Annis came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Burrowye fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Annis couldn't finish the play. After 31 minutes, Marshal Isaac mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Burrowye and the Bargies FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st match minute, Burrowye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marshal Isaac to maneuver through the defense. Samuel Annis took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Darren Moorby. Darren Moorby dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Darren Moorby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Annis, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After 44 minutes, Rodd Mudie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bargies FC and the Burrowye players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Burrowye booed when Bargies FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodd Mudie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuel Annis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darren Moorby having to interfere. If Clark Yard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Burrowye were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Samuel Annis made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Bargies FC's Benson Bromfield got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute of the match Jonty Schulze shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Darren Moorby showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 53rd minute, Samuel Annis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st minute, Calvin Dowsing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute, Calvin Dowsing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Burrowye's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
