Jerrard Gavin hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the match, Kramer's goal looked a bit too open when Corder Pavkovic came free, but Brand Trevena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Oliver Aliendi made a precise shot to the right of Brand Trevena. Kramer's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 17 minutes into the game, one of Kramer:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Keith Pincini during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Perth Glory booed when Kramer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Keith Pincini didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Oliver Aliendi notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Kramer's Brand Trevena. Brand Trevena was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 57 minutes, Aron Forrest managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kramer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aron Forrest was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st match minute, Perth Glory was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ned Rowdon to maneuver through the defense. Oliver Aliendi scored 5-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Brand Trevena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kramer's Brand Trevena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Aliendi in the 73rd minute of play.
