Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Darren Limmer kicked off to start the match. Alvin Gronow kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Sam Maybury hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Randell Warhurst took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruce Withy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnold Adamson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Randell Warhurst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruce Withy in the 8th minute of play. When Jemmett Finden came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Wallacia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jemmett Finden couldn't finish the play. Arnold Adamson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Randell Warhurst having to interfere. Jones Rosenboom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darren Limmer in the 14th minute of the match. A collision led to Hernani Sydney getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Sam Maybury hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, Arnold Adamson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Randell Warhurst, 1-0. A hard shot 37 in the game by Bruce Withy from a close distance when the talented Randell Warhurst managed to make a qualified save. Hernani Sydney's players were relieved. When Jemmett Finden came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Wallacia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jemmett Finden couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Hernani Sydney getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Todd Crampton hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnold Adamson got free with Randell Warhurst in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Todd Crampton's late challenge caught a Wallacia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Todd Crampton helped the player get up and apologised. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hernani Sydney! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnold Adamson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Hernani Sydney defense, Arnold Adamson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Randell Warhurst. The Hernani Sydney fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Randell Warhurst should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd minute, Arnold Adamson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruce Withy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Randell Warhurst took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnold Adamson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Hernani Sydney booed when Wallacia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvin Gronow didn't get a good kick on the ball. Randell Warhurst stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bruce Withy's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Randell Warhurst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnold Adamson in the 83rd minute of play. In the 91st minute, Arnold Adamson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Randell Warhurst was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Darley Mcquoid kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. After 98 minutes, Bruce Withy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wallacia and the Hernani Sydney players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the referee ended the match the Wallacia players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
