Spectators: 8200 (Terracing: 6150, Seating: 1886, VIP seats: 164) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mevlüt Rüstem kicked off to start the match. Ralph Matthes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Burt Bleazard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abe Magnay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ralph Boserio's late challenge caught a Burakin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ralph Boserio helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ridgley getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ralph Boserio hit a great ball. Humphry Baptiste recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bray Aylwin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Biggs Devine. With a little luck, Ridgley's Bray Aylwin got control of the ball when Mevlüt Rüstem tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ridgley's zone, Humphry Baptiste stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bray Aylwin came out of the goal and Humphry Baptiste tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Ridgley booed when Burakin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abe Magnay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Darley Simpson made in the 41st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Rudolph Hines. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Burt Bleazard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralph Matthes in the 53rd minute of play. Burt Bleazard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arneil Will in the 56th minute. Arneil Will fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Burt Bleazard having to interfere. Mevlüt Rüstem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bray Aylwin having to interfere. Rusty Huntington kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Mevlüt Rüstem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bray Aylwin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abe Magnay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bray Aylwin having to interfere. When Burakin's Mevlüt Rüstem in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ridgley's goalie prevented a goal.
