The audience thought a goal was coming when Lawrence Bonnison got free with Jonty Starling in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Barnes Muggleton hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. But to his dismay, Brandon Kaine quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jonty Starling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barnes Garing in the 13th minute of play. Bengt-Åke Kvist's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jonty Starling firmly grabbed it by the left post. Stephan Wivell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Selim Tuğbay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th match minute, Knaggel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bart Thorne to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Liverpool East FC booed when Knaggel FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rio Sianturi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Knaggel FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Selim Tuğbay should have stopped the shot. In the 38th minute, Brooker Crapp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Brandon Kaine got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The wind increased when Martyon Lorenz made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Lawrence Bonnison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Knaggel FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Humphry Chant in the 59th minute. Humphry Chant was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Navin Starling's late challenge caught a Knaggel FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Navin Starling helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Knaggel FC booed when Liverpool East FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Navin Starling didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonty Starling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lawrence Bonnison, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Lawrence Bonnison notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Liverpool East FC's Jonty Starling. Jonty Starling was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 96th minute, Humphry Chant made a precise shot to the right of Jonty Starling. Liverpool East FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4.
