After some careless play in the Darwin Saville FC defense, Marshall Busst kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carman Tinsley. The Darwin Saville FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carman Tinsley should have stopped the shot. In the 22nd minute, Irwin Gilding hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 25 played minutes Cosmic Pigeons got a freekick which was hit by Phil Haydock. Phil Haydock hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When Dalwood Leach came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Cosmic Pigeons fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dalwood Leach couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Drew Keato got free with Carman Tinsley in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jimmy Soned's late challenge caught a Cosmic Pigeons's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimmy Soned helped the player get up and apologised. After 44 played minutes, Cosmic Pigeons's Payton Todman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carman Tinsley came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cosmic Pigeons reached it.

The wind increased when Marshall Busst made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Cosmic Pigeons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phil Haydock to maneuver through the defense. After taking down the ball on Darwin Saville FC's corner Paz Gledden fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Philip Jury quite easily take care of the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Darwin Saville FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marshall Busst came free, but Carman Tinsley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Darwin Saville FC booed when Cosmic Pigeons was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bradford Lander didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Cosmic Pigeons's Philip Jury got control of the ball when Bartosz Sochacki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cosmic Pigeons's Philip Jury proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Cosmic Pigeons from getting a goal against them. After 85 played minutes Darwin Saville FC got a freekick which was hit by Ehrhard Reich. 86 minutes into the match, Darwin Saville FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marshall Busst came free, but Carman Tinsley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paz Gledden blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Philip Jury having to make a save. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
