Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zaccheo Andolina kicked off to start the match. Italy's Siricio Liotta managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alejandro Bullon in the 5 minute of the game. After some careless play in the Veth Crystals defense, Zaccheo Andolina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patryk Kensicki. The Veth Crystals fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patryk Kensicki should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Italy booed when Veth Crystals was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofil Walczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patryk Kensicki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Veth Crystals's Patryk Kensicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 19th minute of play. If Siricio Liotta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwidon Patora in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute of the match Veth Crystals got a corner. Italy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bartosz Lizewski ran over to the corner to take the kick. 28 minutes into the game, Zaccheo Andolina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Patryk Kensicki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 33 minutes Veth Crystals's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sigfrido Auletta who took care of the corner kick. In the 38th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patryk Kensicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patryk Kensicki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner ended in Siricio Liotta almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Veth Crystals's Patryk Kensicki did a great save. After a rather tough play, Veth Crystals's Olgierd Ziemniak got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Alejandro Bullon's late challenge caught a Italy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alejandro Bullon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th minute, Alejandro Bullon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Italy were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Gwidon Patora made the kick off in the second half. Patryk Kensicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siricio Liotta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zaccheo Andolina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Patryk Kensicki having to make a save. Zaccheo Andolina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patryk Kensicki having to interfere. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwidon Patora in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th minute Veth Crystals were awarded a corner. Bartosz Lizewski went to the cornerflag to take it. Alejandro Bullon kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwidon Patora in the 69th minute of the match. Patryk Kensicki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 80th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes Veth Crystals got a freekick which was hit by Walery Topolski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siricio Liotta in the 89th minute of play forced Veth Crystals's goalkeeper Patryk Kensicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91stth minute of the game Adriano Curto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Veth Crystals's Patryk Kensicki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adriano Curto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patryk Kensicki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Veth Crystals's goalkeeper Patryk Kensicki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Italy players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
