The audience thought a goal was coming when Timmy Bergfeldt got free with Casper Claes in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 5 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Laurens Vandamme. After 9 played minutes Wetterqvist Boys BK got a freekick which was hit by C.J. 张卫鹏. Casper Claes made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Timmy Bergfeldt sent off a good shot on target. Gustaf Snell kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Edward Vanderstraeten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nils-Åke Dahlqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Nils-Åke Dahlqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yves Dervaux, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Belgium's zone, Gustaf Snell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casper Claes came out of the goal and Gustaf Snell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nils-Åke Dahlqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yves Dervaux, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 37th minute of play forced Wetterqvist Boys BK's goalkeeper Nils-Åke Dahlqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laurens Vandamme kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. When Sten Norberg fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wetterqvist Boys BK's protests and gave Sten Norberg a yellow card for diving instead. Jan-Olof Björk hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

With a little luck, Wetterqvist Boys BK's Nils-Åke Dahlqvist got control of the ball when Edward Vanderstraeten tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th minute Timmy Bergfeldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven-Erik Beckman during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 57 played minutes Wetterqvist Boys BK got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Erik Beckman. Edward Vanderstraeten took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nils-Åke Dahlqvist. Nils-Åke Dahlqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yves Dervaux in the 66th minute of play forced Wetterqvist Boys BK's goalkeeper Nils-Åke Dahlqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute Timmy Bergfeldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 72 minutes, Sven-Erik Låsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wetterqvist Boys BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven-Erik Låsberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nils-Åke Dahlqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 74th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Timmy Bergfeldt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Casper Claes. Belgium's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timmy Bergfeldt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Belgium had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
