Olimpiu Bărănescu hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. A collision led to Belgium getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Edward Vanderstraeten hit a great ball. When Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ФСК Буковина ★DAC★'s goalie prevented a goal. Danny-Rafael Junior made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 13th minute of play. ФСК Буковина ★DAC★'s Cristi Balint got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marian Racoviceanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danny-Rafael Junior took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 played minutes, ФСК Буковина ★DAC★'s Calistrat Ciocârlan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Casper Claes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ФСК Буковина ★DAC★ reached it. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Paaske in the 36th minute of the match. When Marian Racoviceanu came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the ФСК Буковина ★DAC★ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marian Racoviceanu couldn't finish the play. Danny-Rafael Junior made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 41st minute of play. Edward Vanderstraeten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Danny-Rafael Junior having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Erik Paaske managed to get in a good position for a shot. ФСК Буковина ★DAC★'s supporters rose to their feet, but Erik Paaske was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casper Claes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ФСК Буковина ★DAC★ made a substitution. Eliodor Ardeleanu replaced Aytek Özdener. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Marian Racoviceanu made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 57th minute of play forced ФСК Буковина ★DAC★'s goalkeeper Danny-Rafael Junior to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 60 minutes, Cristi Balint managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ФСК Буковина ★DAC★'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristi Balint was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Danny-Rafael Junior managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by ФСК Буковина ★DAC★'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edward Vanderstraeten was slow to take the kick. During this time Belgium's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Edward Vanderstraeten got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Danny-Rafael Junior quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, ФСК Буковина ★DAC★'s Danny-Rafael Junior got control of the ball when Edward Vanderstraeten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edward Vanderstraeten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Racoviceanu in the 89th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edward Vanderstraeten took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danny-Rafael Junior. Danny-Rafael Junior dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The Belgium players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
