Gösta Gustafsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Småland Utd's players had a chance to rest. Gösta Gustafsson made a great header on Småland Utd's corner, it was just that Hungary's Fodor Daniel managed to reach the ball for a save. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joacim Hultman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Joacim Hultman in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sven-Ove Lövgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Joacim Hultman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
