Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gijsbert ter Kruimer got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by Uetendorf Wanderers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. When Uetendorf Wanderers's Özcan Balcik in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Netherlands's goalie prevented a goal. In the 13th minute Uetendorf Wanderers were awarded a corner. Zachary Pionek went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Uetendorf Wanderers's corner Zachary Pionek fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arnout Reekers quite easily take care of the ball. 18 minutes into the game, Sam Amiel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uetendorf Wanderers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Netherlands the free kick. Sam Amiel hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Arnout Reekers successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Glenn Huezs short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Arnout Reekers to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glenn Huez in the 26th minute of play. Martin Rutsch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. 31 minutes into the game, Glenn Huez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnout Reekers. Glenn Huez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. David Aberle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Uetendorf Wanderers's David Aberle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 40th minute of play. In the 44th minute Glenn Huez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Özcan Balcik to make the kick off. In the 58th minute Lars Meesters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Aberle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 59th minute. Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but David Aberle in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özcan Balcik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Özcan Balcik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnout Reekers was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Gustaaf Groeneveldt succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-2 in the 69th playminute. After a rather tough play, Uetendorf Wanderers's Zachary Pionek got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 74th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Uetendorf Wanderers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. 78 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Rutsch came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute, Amir Rrahmani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachary Pionek in the 82nd minute of play. Özcan Balcik scored 4-2 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnout Reekers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. David Aberle was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Gustaaf Groeneveldt capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gustaaf Groeneveldt really showed his touch with that goal: 4-3. In the 91st minute Glenn Huez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bas Tuitert to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute Özcan Balcik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 95th minute of play forced Uetendorf Wanderers's goalkeeper David Aberle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Netherlands players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Uetendorf Wanderers.
