Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Morungaba SC's Alf Odman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Morungaba SC's Nestor Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Micah Macdonald in the 3rd minute of play. Nestor Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Cox, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 9th minute, Zé Pena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. England's Khalid Kennedy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alf Odman in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Morungaba SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Czerniak to maneuver through the defense. Clóvis Albuquerque kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After 15 played minutes, England's Micah Macdonald shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nestor Torres came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in England reached it. 16 minutes into the game, Kyle Cox cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nestor Torres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Micah Macdonald hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Kyle Cox received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Nestor Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Carlos Sanches charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Carlos Sanches the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Morungaba SC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. José Carlos Sanches hit a great ball. Nestor Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Cox in the 31st minute of play. After 33 minutes of play Morungaba SC's José Carlos Sanches was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. When Cooper Thompson fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored England's protests and gave Cooper Thompson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Morungaba SC booed when England was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cooper Thompson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, England's Caelan Hayes got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The wind increased when Kyle Cox made the kick off in the second half. Caelan Hayes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th match minute, Morungaba SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clóvis Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Morungaba SC's zone, Issac Dawson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nestor Torres came out of the goal and Issac Dawson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Khalid Kennedy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarbas Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kyle Cox in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nestor Torres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 75 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Clóvis Albuquerque came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Kyle Cox recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nestor Torres. Kyle Cox showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Gilbert Czerniak kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Alf Odman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nestor Torres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Issac Dawson in the 91st minute. Nestor Torres came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by England's Micah Macdonald. But to his dismay, Micah Macdonald quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. England's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
