Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) DOE FC's Kirk Lafond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 4th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Tyler Bowser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in DOE FC's zone, Balazs Lajos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kirk Lafond came out of the goal and Balazs Lajos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. Takacs Tibor hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Kirk Lafond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 18th minute of the match. When Arlen Dixon fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DOE FC's protests and gave Arlen Dixon a yellow card for diving instead. Arlen Dixon hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Válter Chaves struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DOE FC. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Kirk Lafond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 31st minute of the match. The corner ended in Antal Valentin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but DOE FC's Kirk Lafond did a great save. Kirk Lafond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the DOE FC defense, Antal Valentin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kirk Lafond. The DOE FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kirk Lafond should have stopped the shot. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kirk Lafond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, DOE FC's Tyler Bowser got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The DOE FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hungary were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Major Barna made a precise shot to the right of Kirk Lafond. DOE FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 60 played minutes DOE FC got a freekick which was hit by Alain Ramsey. Kirk Lafond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 62nd minute of play. In the 62nd minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kirk Lafond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind DOE FC's goalkeeper Kirk Lafond, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after DOE FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mazinho Vasco in the 75th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kirk Lafond having to interfere. A collision led to DOE FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Pons Looney hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 80th minute of play forced DOE FC's goalkeeper Kirk Lafond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kirk Lafond having to interfere. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Kirk Lafond made a huge save. After 84 minutes, David Brochu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DOE FC and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Hungary booed when DOE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Brochu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kirk Lafond having to interfere. When Marquis Frank came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the DOE FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marquis Frank couldn't finish the play. Hegedus Henrik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Kirk Lafond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hungary played a much better game than DOE FC and deserved their victory. The DOE FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
