Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dadá Madureira took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dadá Madureira in the 4th minute of the match. In the 6th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Édouard Mendy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dadá Madureira in the 8th minute of play. Roberto Vasconcelos kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. When Germany's Frank Sachs in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hannover Football Club's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Hannover Football Club's João Francisco Fonseca got a free kick in the 26th minute. Frank Sachs was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 27th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 30th minute, Roberto Vasconcelos made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 35 minutes into the game, Roberto Vasconcelos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean Messias in the 43rd minute of play. Édouard Mendy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Sachs went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Sachs made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Hannover Football Club's goalkeeper Édouard Mendy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albin Holweck. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dadá Madureira's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 70 minutes into the game, Dadá Madureira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Germany's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Roberto Vasconcelos was slow to take the kick. During this time Hannover Football Club's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Hannover Football Club's corner Roberto Vasconcelos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tommy Kahn quite easily take care of the ball. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dadá Madureira in the 76th minute of play. After 78 played minutes Hannover Football Club got a freekick which was hit by João Francisco Fonseca. Chris Mergenthaler made in the 81st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Frank Sachs however managed to control. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Hannover Football Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
