Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Frank Sachs made the kick off and thus started the match. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Andriy Shevchenko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Farafulla FC were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Germany's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ryan Portanares took the corner. After a defensive mix-up in Farafulla FC's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Boni came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andriy Shevchenko scored 1-0 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 24 played minutes Farafulla FC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Albani. When Germany's Frank Sachs in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Farafulla FC's goalie prevented a goal. Bruce Campbell made in the 32nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Andriy Shevchenko. In the 33rd minute Behçet Alp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. Andriy Shevchenko struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Farafulla FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Behçet Alp in the 39th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Farafulla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Angelo Boni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ryan Portanares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Malte Schiele kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Andriy Shevchenko made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Behçet Alp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. With 59 minutes on the clock, Malte Schiele commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Malte Schiele hit a great ball. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryan Portanares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Germany's Adrian Dreifuss fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. 68 minutes into the game, Farafulla FC's Behçet Alp nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Emiliano Gambini got a throw-in 84 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Bruce Campbell. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Ceci, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Farafulla FC's Andriy Shevchenko. But to his dismay, Andriy Shevchenko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Farafulla FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
