Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Behçet Alp. The throw-in from Bruce Campbell in the 7th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Germany's Willy Stieler. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryan Portanares in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albin Holweck in the 16th minute of play forced Farafulla FC's goalkeeper Angelo Boni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 23 minutes into the game, when Sven Krakouer put in a rough tackle. In the 23rd minute, one of Germany:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Germany. In the 29th minute of the game Bruce Campbell made a throw-in which Angelo Ceci played forward. In the 29th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Stieler to maneuver through the defense. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Andriy Shevchenko sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Farafulla FC's Adalmo Saldanha slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tommy Kahn. That made the score 2-0 after 32 minutes of play. In the 37th minute Albin Holweck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Boni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Farafulla FC's Andriy Shevchenko got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Andriy Shevchenko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Farafulla FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Andriy Shevchenko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Behçet Alp struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Farafulla FC. The crowd rose to their feet as Ryan Portanares kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 3-0 in the 47 minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andriy Shevchenko to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Albin Holweck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Boni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Farafulla FC's Ryan Portanares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 69th minute Behçet Alp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Albani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Albani in the 79th minute of the match. After 80 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Chris Mergenthaler. In the 81st match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dreifuss to maneuver through the defense. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andriy Shevchenko in the 83rd minute of play. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryan Portanares, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Behçet Alp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. In the 90th match minute, Farafulla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Gambini to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Farafulla FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Germany for a fine match.
