A throw-in in the 39th minute of the game was made by Gust Ennemans with Gustaaf Groeneveldt as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zachary Rakoski having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Igor Kosiorek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Igor Kosiorek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. After 47 minutes Netherlands's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Šero Sós who took care of the corner kick.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Zachary Rakoski in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waclaw Pilarczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Netherlands played a much better game than Juventus Football Club and deserved their victory. The Juventus Football Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
