Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Kajetan Pasterski sent off a good shot on target. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. Arnout Reekers was a little too slow when Silvano Cibran got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 14th minute Konstanty Budzyn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boguslaw Jaraczewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 21 minutes into the match, Zapniów's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Boguslaw Jaraczewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boguslaw Jaraczewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 23rd minute of the match. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Zapniów defense, Gustaaf Groeneveldt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Boguslaw Jaraczewski. The Zapniów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Boguslaw Jaraczewski should have stopped the shot. 36 minutes into the game, Silvano Cibran recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnout Reekers. Silvano Cibran showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Zapniów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kajetan Gollob didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boguslaw Jaraczewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 39th minute of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boguslaw Jaraczewski having to interfere. Boguslaw Jaraczewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 45th minute of the match. Boguslaw Jaraczewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 46th minute of play. When Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zapniów's goalie prevented a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

In the 54th minute Stefan Gerlach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute of the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Boguslaw Jaraczewski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Zapniów's Boguslaw Jaraczewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 60th minute of play. Wim Wilmes struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Boguslaw Jaraczewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boguslaw Jaraczewski having to interfere. 67 minutes into the game, Krzysztof Gieraltowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zapniów's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Netherlands the free kick. After a rather tough play, Zapniów's Krzysztof Gieraltowski got a free kick in the 67th minute. Boguslaw Jaraczewski made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. In the 71st minute, Wim Wilmes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Boguslaw Jaraczewski. The goal made the score 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 74th minute of play forced Zapniów's goalkeeper Boguslaw Jaraczewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Gijsbert ter Kruimer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Zapniów's Boguslaw Jaraczewski did a great save. With an all-out effort, Netherlands's Boguslaw Jaraczewski threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After having played for 83 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Zapniów's goalkeeper Boguslaw Jaraczewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wim Wilmes. A collision led to Zapniów getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Kajetan Gollob hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boguslaw Jaraczewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91st minute, Kajetan Pasterski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Krzysztof Gieraltowski kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute of the match Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Boguslaw Jaraczewski skillfully saved the ball. The Zapniów supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Netherlands's performance. The match ended with a win for Netherlands.
