Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) SAPSALOMADA FC's Juan Pablo Fuentes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Nikos Nikolaou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. In the 16th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikos Nikolaou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 minutes of play, Hungary's Antal Valentin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nikos Nikolaou was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hungary's Balazs Lajos got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 24 played minutes SAPSALOMADA FC got a freekick which was hit by Florian Wydrych. With his leg Fodor Daniel managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when SAPSALOMADA FC's Giorgos Ioannou fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Giorgos Ioannous short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Fodor Daniel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 30th minute of play forced SAPSALOMADA FC's goalkeeper Nikos Nikolaou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Pablo Fuentes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giorgos Ioannou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. In the 43rd minute, Antal Valentin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nikos Nikolaou was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a rather tough play, SAPSALOMADA FC's Giorgos Ioannou got a free kick in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giorgos Ioannou in the 52nd minute of play. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giorgos Ioannou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, SAPSALOMADA FC's goalkeeper Nikos Nikolaou had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Nikos Nikolaou in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleftherios Poulis in the 60th minute of play. The supporters of SAPSALOMADA FC booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boros Benedek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hungary's Takacs Tibor got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giorgos Ioannou in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Giorgos Ioannou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 75th minute Juan Pablo Fuentes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nikos Nikolaou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Katona Janos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Pablo Fuentes in the 83rd minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Eleftherios Poulis came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SAPSALOMADA FC throughout the match.
