Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Teofil Marud made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Edward Vanderstraeten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugon Marut was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hugon Marut read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgium's supporters rose to their feet, but Edward Vanderstraeten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugon Marut breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Log Horizon's Godfredo Terciero got a free kick in the 22nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teofil Marud in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Claes saved Belgium from getting behind. In the 29th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Marut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Mervin Corley notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Belgium's Casper Claes. Casper Claes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edward Vanderstraeten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hugon Marut having to make a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edward Vanderstraeten stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hugon Marut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Log Horizon's goalkeeper Hugon Marut had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten. Hugon Marut came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten. But to his dismay, Edward Vanderstraeten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Mervin Corley scored 3-3 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Casper Claes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Edward Vanderstraeten kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hugon Marut. That made the score 3-4 in the 68 minute of play. Log Horizon's Ciro Hodei was substituted for Godfredo Terciero. Hugon Marut made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute, Yves Dervaux reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hugon Marut. The goal made the score 3-5. 78 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Evangelista came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 80 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Yves Dervaux. After 87 played minutes Log Horizon got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Hodei. The supporters of Belgium booed when Log Horizon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixto Abascal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Belgium's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
